Surveying

Photogrammetry

UAV imagery can be used to create highly detailed surveys of land and buildings through using photogrammetry techniques.  This technique uses a series of overlapping photographs to produce xyz coordinates.  The outputs can be used in GIS and CAD systems.  In addition, 3D models can be generated in order to better visualise an area.

Other services

Agriculture and Environmental

UAVs are beginning to be used in agriculture, with RGB and multi-spectral imagery becoming used more frequently. UAVs are also used to input into environmental impact assessments. They provide high quality repeatable surveys, over time, that are used to understand and quantify possible impacts.
